Cristal has worked as a Veterinary Technician since 1993 in hospitals and shelters across southern NH. Caring for animals has been her lifelong dream, and she is passionate about advocating for them, offering comfort, and educating owners on care and behavior. She lives in southern NH with her fiance Dave, children Joshua and Brianna, a Boston Terrier named Lucy, a Chihuahua named Stuart Little, and a Ragdoll cat named Arti-Cat. She enjoys time with family and friends, boating, dining out, riding scooters, snowmobiling, and motorcycle trips.

Dr. O'Connell, originally from Massachusetts, earned her veterinary degree from Tufts University and joined Allenstown Animal Hospital in 2012. She has special interests in dentistry, internal medicine, and feline care. In her free time, she enjoys knitting, road trips, and caring for her many houseplants.

Growing up on a small farm in NH, surrounded by horses, goats, sheep, chickens, and many pets, sparked my lifelong love for animals. I studied western equestrian at the University of Findlay, began as a veterinary assistant at 19, became a certified veterinary technician in 2015, and a technician supervisor in 2018. I live in southern NH with my husband, son Tanner, our pit bull Loki, chickens, and an elderly hamster. I enjoy kayaking, fishing, hiking, biking, geocaching, and exploring nature with my family.

Marti grew up in Queens, NY, but has long called New Hampshire home. With over 6 years of experience as a veterinary receptionist, including the last 3 at Allenstown Animal Hospital, she loves being part of a team dedicated to helping pets every day. Outside of work, Marti enjoys motorcycling around the state with her husband, Tim, and their Schweenie, Dolly.
